Go to the 'People and Society' section.  Migration statistics are detailed under the 'Population' heading.  The CSO has begun to detail emigration statistics by nationality - the numbers of Irish citizens emigrating is now available.

UK National Statistics

The Department for Work and Pensions gives a breakdown of all new national insurance numbers issued in the UK, giving an estimation of new Irish emigrants arriving in the UK each quarter.  Please note that this does not show the numbers of Irish people returning to the UK.
