Our latest research explores the emigration experiences of Irish emigrants of minority ethnic backgrounds – including Irish Travellers, Black Irish, Asian Irish, Irish people of mixed ethnicity, and other minority ethnic groups.

Based on a survey of Irish emigrants of minority ethnic backgrounds, it is to our knowledge the first study to offer insights into the contemporary emigration experiences of Irish emigrants of various ethnic backgrounds who are currently living abroad or have recently returned from living abroad.
